With everything confirmed, we lock in your construction start date and issue a detailed schedule through to completion. You’ll know exactly what’s happening and when.

We prepare the site and begin work. All key stages include formal inspection points — including structural, pre-plaster and final fit-off — so you know every milestone is built to code and to our standards.

Some clients want weekly updates, others prefer fortnightly check-ins. However you like to stay in the loop, we’ll tailor our communication to suit you, keeping things easy, not overwhelming.

Once construction is complete, we walk you through your finished home and complete our detailed quality-control checklist. Any final touch-ups are handled promptly, plus we stay available post-handover for anything you need.
