Chelsea is the heart behind the coordination and client experience at J&Co. As Operations Manager, Chelsea combines her attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
Her background in real estate sparked a deep love for all things property—from construction design and layouts to the hard finishes and finer details that make a house feel like a home. That passion led her to complete a Certificate IV in Building and Construction, allowing her to merge creativity with practical expertise.
Chelsea takes pride in delivering a seamless client experience. She believes great homes are more than just well-built—they’re warm, functional, and designed for real living. Her attention to detail, commitment to quality control, and genuine care for meeting client needs set her apart in every project she touches.
Beyond the world of building and design, Chelsea loves life’s simple joys: spending time with her two children, making memories through everyday adventures.

With over 20 years in the building industry, Julian Conte founded J&Co Building Group with a clear vision: to create a construction company where quality, craftsmanship, and client care come first.
From renovations and extensions to new builds, Julian ensures every project is handled with care, precision, and a focus on delivering projects that are both functional and beautifully designed.
Julian takes pride in leading a team dedicated to excellence, approaching each project with careful attention to detail and a strong emphasis on quality control. His goal is always to exceed client expectations while bringing their dream homes to life in a seamless, personalised way.
Outside of work, Julian is a proud father of three children. Family is at the heart of everything he does, and he enjoys spending time together, making memories, and cherishing life’s simple moments.
