It all starts with a simple conversation. We’ll get a feel for your project, answer any early questions, and schedule a time to visit your home or site.
2. On-Site Consultation
We walk through your space and listen carefully to your ideas, goals and concerns. We’ll talk about what’s possible, what’s practical, and how we can bring your vision to life within your timeframe and budget.
3. Costings & Concept
Based on your brief, we’ll develop early concepts and indicative pricing. This gives you a realistic idea of what can be achieved — without the guesswork.
4. Pre-Construction Planning
Once you're happy with the direction, we return for a follow-up site visit, review your initial floorplans or sketches, and begin preparing a detailed proposal. It’s here we fine-tune scope, finishes and inclusions.
5. Quote Approval & Agreement
You’ll receive a fixed-price quote that’s clear, transparent, and easy to understand. When approved, we formalise the agreement and secure full insurance coverage for your job.
6. Design & Selections
This is your “vision meeting” where we turn your inspiration into action. We’ll guide you through layout decisions, materials and finishes that reflect your style and support your budget.
7. Scheduling & Commencement
With everything confirmed, we lock in your construction start date and issue a detailed schedule through to completion. You’ll know exactly what’s happening and when.
8. Construction Begins
We prepare the site and begin work. All key stages include formal inspection points — including structural, pre-plaster and final fit-off — so you know every milestone is built to code and to our standards.
9. Communication, Your Way
Some clients want weekly updates, others prefer fortnightly check-ins. However you like to stay in the loop, we’ll tailor our communication to suit you, keeping things easy, not overwhelming.
10. Handover
Once construction is complete, we walk you through your finished home and complete our detailed quality-control checklist. Any final touch-ups are handled promptly, plus we stay available post-handover for anything you need.
